Life-Unlimited Emblems, Set 1

This piece of work is something I made in Photoshop over the course of a couple of hours. There are some others finished, but they don't add up to six yet, so I'll post them later.

Humans: Squishy but oddly durable mammals from the planet Earth, humans are known for their curiosity and their high resistance to common poisons like cocoa (a useful combination), as well as their remarkable tenacity for pulling crazy stunts. By galactic standards, humans are incredibly difficult to kill.

Kado-zilias: Hailing from the planet Ziliu, kado-zilias are the only species in the galaxy capable of unrestricted communication in Thought. All other species can only communicate with compatible recipients or require the use of the recent invention-slash-fashion statement, Quantennae.

Kikri: Silicon-based crustaceans from the planet Makri, the kikri were the first species to invent the quantum communication device for sending messages faster than the speed of light. Though they lack vocal cords, they can communicate effectively by generating vibrations through their eyestalks.

Screech: Furry avians from the hostile planet Kraw, screech tend to form clans which hardly ever associate except for specific cases of mutual benefit. They are famous for their dual brains, which form a redundant system allowing them to never have to sleep, and for their bladed tail tips, which many screech have surgically removed as a symbol of a new age for their people.

Kiblagreshuki: Warm-blooded insectoids from the snowy, industrial planet Bligra, kiblagreshuki hold high value on their unique color theory (where specific colors represent one of their eight sexes), and used to hold equally high value on gender roles. Recently, after a political uprising and subsequent joining of the Alliance, they have all but abandoned these roles in favor of a "free" society. If you know what I mean.

Sol Parvuli: Nobody remembers where this species of sentient clouds of organic particles truly come from. Millions of years ago, they left their planet and traveled to its star to sustain themselves on its energy, not requiring any special equipment to survive the freezing vacuum of space due to their unique biology. Eventually, they yearned to travel, and so they went to a planet to mine materials for building a spaceship: The Matris, or mothership. Over generations, their true origins fell into legend and were eventually forgotten. Sol Parvuli have no spoken language, instead communicating through pulses of light, and chose a Latin phrase meaning "sun children" for their species because of the language's age (not to mention its pretentious overtones).
